Premarital Wedding Counseling

Gen of Eve Clerical Services Weddings and More requires the following
scheduling for Pre-Maritial Wedding Counseling Services:

Alone: 1.5 Total Hours Groom Alone: 1.5 Total Hours Couple: 1.5 Total
Hours

Counseling
Services must be scheduled to be completed face-to face for a total
of four (4) hours and a minimum of 30 minutes via phone conversation. 

Tennessee law does not permit those under the age of 16 to marry without a court order. The fee for a marriage license is $99.50. However, license applicants who have completed a premarital preparation course within a year prior to the date of application for the license are exempted from paying $60.00 of this fee.
